HSE POLICY – HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

SCE Project is committed to the respect of human rights and wellbeing of people as a key value of all its global business activities, establishing a culture of integrity.

It is SCE Project’s policy to provide a safe workplace through the development of responsible HSE conduct with all its employees and associates and any third parties including suppliers who could be influenced by our work.

SCE Project’s effort to support corporate sustainability is aimed at meeting fundamental responsibilities in the fields of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption in compliance with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact “ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work“.

The Chief Executive Officer, supported by the Quality and Environmental Manager, is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this Health, Safety and Environmental – HSE Policy within all the practice daily activities.

 

As an engineering practice we are committed to:

• Providing a healthy and safe working environment for all our stakeholders
• Promoting the sustainable behavior of our people to address the reduction of waste and energy use
• Striving to minimize health and safety risks and their environmental impact caused as a result of our activities
• Improving our health and safety compliance through our system certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
• Reviewing and confirming this policy periodically

 

By implementing the following:

• Safe design solutions
• Personnel training to approach HSE issues in a responsible and conscious manner
• Minimization of safety risks by providing and using appropriate equipment and training
• Encouragement of diversity and inclusion and the development of creative and brilliant design solutions through collaboration between diverse experiences

 

At SCE Project everyone has a shared responsibility to implement this policy by following established HSE policy & procedures so that we all work together towards raising and maintaining high standards throughout all areas of our business.
