The new Polo Logistico in Piacenza involves the construction of n. 2 logistics buildings with a total covered area of about 46,500 square meters. The buildings, located within the T1 Macroarea (total about 135,000 square meters) have been engineered with particular attention paid to ensuring principles of sustainability, avant-garde and technological innovation.
The site is located about 2 km from the Piacenza Sud motorway exit of the A1 Milan / Naples directly connected with the A21 Turin-Piacenza-Brescia, with the main Ligurian and Adriatic ports, the airports of Northern Italy and the railway junction with the TAV. The project aims to implement in this way the role of Piacenza as hub-leader of the logistics sector at national and European level.
